Will started his career under an industry leading Tier-1 builder and supported some of Melbourne’s landmark builds before transitioning to the residential space to pursue a passion for delivering high-end, bespoke homes.
Building Gotze on the back of personal mission, he aims to help clients get back to enjoying the build and renovation process and change the perception of builders by being transparent, honest and open.
Andy also started his career with a Tier-1 builder, excelling in complex facades, fit outs and external works. Transitioning to the residential industry, his extensive skill set supported some of Melbourne’s premier homes alongside renowned architects and designers.
Specialising in heritage extensions and renovations, Andy’s passion for architecturally designed homes was the DNA Gotze was founded on, with a commitment to transparency, client satisfaction and excellence.
Gotze’s expertise in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) draws upon unmatched experience across all construction sectors. Through a collaborative approach, we help streamline project delivery at every stage of the build cycle.
During ECI engagement, we prioritise client collaboration. Our approach has consistently delivered solutions and helped optimise resources when facing common – and unforeseen – challenges including council red tape, changing materials, and more.
